TILDEN PARK: Meadows Canyon Trail

March 22

Pangga and I decided to go hiking today at Tilden and discover more trails. We wanted to go to another lake this time, Lake Anza.

Waiting for our BART ride to Berkeley.

Started hiking towards Meadows Canyon Trail. It starts at the beginning of Lone Oak Road and its length is 1.4 miles (2.3 km).

"This trail is a fire road that connects with the Curran trail and is used by hikers, runners, and dog walkers. It offers scenic views of the valley and of the bay. The trail has moderate grades and may be tough hike for some."

A beautiful day to go hiking and bicycling with family and friends.

Time to take a rest and eat our snacks: boiled eggs and beef jerky. (mmmMMMMM) A very good combination.

Going up to a different trail, the Seaview. Trail length is approximately .51 miles.
